What kind of crystals are used in Cowgirl Swank's designs?
I only use Swarovski crystals (a precisely cut luxury crystal from Austria). No other crystal delivers the shine and quality that Swarovski does.

How much are your items?
Caps range from $20-$45 on up depending on the design. Apparel creations are coming soon. Pricing will be listed as the items become available.

How long will it take to get my order?
Most in stock items, ship within 3-5 business days. However, if you are ordering custom items, the average wait time is 2-3 weeks depending on what you are ordering.

Can a crystal come off and what do I do if that happens?
Yes, under certain circumstances, it is possible for a crystal to come off. Excessive wear, will sometimes dislodge the crystal. Heat is required to put another crystal in its place. Please call me as soon as possible and I will work with you to ensure that your item is taken care of.

What laundering instructions do I need to follow?
It is best to dry clean your garments, however, they can be laundered as long as you use delicate setting with cool water and a cool dryer. Caps and visors with hair-on-hide and crystals should not be laundered. Spot-cleaning is the recommended cleaning method for those items.
