Can I order customized items?
Yes, just give me a call and I'll work with you to achieve the design that you desire. I can do anything from brands, words, initials, shapes, etc.

What kind of crystals are used in Cowgirl Swank's designs?
I only use Swarovski Austrian Crystals. No other crystal delivers the shine and class that Swarovski does.

How long will it take to get my order?
If you are ordering in stock items, it depends on the shipping method you choose. Most items will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Smaller orders are shipped via US Postal Service. I also use UPS for larger orders and at special request. Custom orders will take longer as well as out of stock items. When you call me, we can discuss a realistic shipping time frame.

How do I place an order?
For right now, please call me. I will work with you on each item you need and provide personalized customer service to you. At this time, I do not have a shopping cart. I hope to be adding this to my website sometime soon.

Can a crystal come off and what do I do if that happens?
Yes, under certain circumstances, it is possible for a crystal to come off. Excessive rubbing or pulling at the fabric will sometimes dislodge the crystal. Heat is required to put it back on. Please call me as soon as possible and I will work with you to ensure that your item is taken care of.

What laundering instructions do I need to follow?
It is best to dry clean your garments, however, they can be laundered as long as you use cool water and a cool dryer. Caps/Visors with hair-on-hide and crystals should not be gotten wet. A hat brush can be used on them, no laundering is recommended.

What is Cowgirl Swank's guarantee?
